📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and attract potential leaseback customers through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
• Negotiate leaseback terms and conditions with customers to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties
• Manage and track leaseback transactions using our in-house system
• Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless leaseback process for our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to leaseback customers throughout the process
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our leaseback services
• Analyze leaseback data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the multifinance sector

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the multifinance or automotive industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and requirements for vehicle leaseback transactions
