📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for operational teams.
• Identify training needs and design customized programs using SAP and Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure training programs align with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
