📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze production data using tools like SAP and MES systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize output and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Monitor and analyze energy consumption to identify opportunities for energy savings and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing optimization.
• Proven experience with SAP and MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
