📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with room assignments and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information using our in-house property management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Promote and sell resort amenities, packages, and special offers to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or guest service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera, Siteminder, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
