🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a focus on manufacturing.
• Certification in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools.
