As a Finance Manager, you will oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, manage cash flow and liquidity, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies that support the company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Oracle.
• Oversee the financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a trading or similar industry.
• Certified in CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
• Proficient in SAP and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
