📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll processing using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct performance management and employee development programs to enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to assess HR practices and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in payroll processing using SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
