📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key accounts and drive sales growth for government, BUMD, and private sector clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Secure and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of building materials.
• Manage project timelines and resources using Salesforce and SAP.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and sales performance to the management team.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand their needs and address any issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or project management in the construction materials industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP for efficient project management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record.
