Stripe is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our GTM Strategic Programs team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs that align with Stripe's business objectives. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Chicago.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute strategic programs that support Stripe's growth objectives.,Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program initiatives on time and within budget.,Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution and develop contingency plans.,Measure and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to align program initiatives with Stripe's business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management and strategic planning.,Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure the continued success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the financial services industry and payment processing.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
