📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electric vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, battery components, and motor drives using specialized diagnostic tools
• Conduct performance tests and calibrations on EV systems to meet manufacturer specifications
• Document all maintenance activities and repair processes in our digital system
• Assist in the development and implementation of new EV technologies and protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain and update technical documentation and service manuals
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EV maintenance or automotive electrical systems
• Certification in EV battery technology or automotive electrical systems (preferred)
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as CAN bus analyzers, oscilloscopes, and battery management systems
• Strong knowledge of EV components including batteries, motors, inverters, and power electronics
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for EV safety and performance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
