In this role, you will work closely with the Tax Manager to develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals. You will be responsible for preparing tax filings, analyzing tax laws, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position offers a chance to work with cutting-edge tools like SAP and QuickBooks, and to gain valuable insights into the real estate and property development industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate and personal income tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain tax documentation, including tax filings, schedules, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with the Tax Manager to analyze and interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
• Provide tax advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders on tax-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for tax planning strategies.
• Participate in tax planning and compliance activities for ongoing and new projects.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with tax software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certified Tax Professional (CTP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
