📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Write clear and concise technical content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure quality and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and other resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Experience with software documentation, user manuals, and other technical content.,Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, and other technical documentation formats.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
