📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash register and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock shelves and maintain store displays according to company standards.,Assist with inventory management and ordering.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
