📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive customer experience.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the hospitality sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluency in English is a plus.
