📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.,Manage inventory and supplier relationships to optimize costs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
