📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum.,Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.,Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.,Participate in school events and activities to strengthen the sense of community and school spirit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification/license (if required by law).,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
