📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Providing feedback to candidates on their interview performance and next steps in the hiring process.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and hiring activities.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
