In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our bakery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Manage store budgets and ensure profitability.,Promote sales and marketing activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
