📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
