📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.,Develop and optimize our CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment frequency and reducing lead time.,Monitor and optimize our systems' performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of development and operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, and implement best practices in our organization.,Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in security and infrastructure management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a track record of leading teams.,Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.,Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
