📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report to the Store Manager on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
