📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and sanitized condition.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,A high school diploma or equivalent.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (EnglishIndonesianand local dialects are a plus).Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.Experience with social media marketing and customer engagement.Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.
