Bloom Mart Berjaya is looking for a dedicated and efficient Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including stock control and inventory management.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and appealing to customers.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for sales.,Monitor sales performance and report any issues to the store manager.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of store activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
