Betterplace Property Management and Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeepers, developing and implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring all cleaning protocols are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard.

Manage and train a team of housekeepers to maintain efficiency and quality.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.

Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address and resolve guest complaints regarding cleanliness.

Conduct regular inspections to assess cleaning standards.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping management.

Proven track record of maintaining high cleaning standards.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with property management software.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
