📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing division, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve nursing standards and patient outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of healthcare services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing division, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology.
• Represent the nursing division in meetings with stakeholders, including medical staff, administrators, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the nursing division.
• Certification as a Medical Registered Health Administrator (MRHA) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Experience in leading and managing a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive the success of the nursing division.
