📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Stay updated with the latest developments in fleet management and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
