PT Putra Optima Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Managing the accounting department and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.,Leading the financial team and providing guidance and support to team members.,Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.,Ensuring the efficient use of financial resources and cost control.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
