📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process from start to finish,Coordinate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the designated locations,Maintain accurate records and reports of all distribution activities,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet company objectives,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry,Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
