📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide support and guidance to employees in their professional development.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate training events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
