Shop Smart Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Deputy F&B Service professional to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the F&B service, including inventory control and ordering.,Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality by monitoring kitchen operations and staff performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to F&B services, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.,Train and supervise front-of-house staff to uphold service standards and company policies.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the F&B service area.,Assist in preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly reports on F&B service operations and performance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of F&B service strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing F&B operations and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,A valid food handler's certificate is preferred.
