📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking techniques.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the management of inventory and purchasing.,Participate in training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes for events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow recipes and maintain food safety standards.,Familiarity with basic inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.
