📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring all activities run efficiently and effectively.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices and terms for our pharmacy needs.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in pharmacy management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmacy practice.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare services.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy, adhering to all health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
