📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support the purchasing team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist in the negotiation and selection of suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in reordering.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing team.
  • Assist in the organization and management of purchasing documents.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
