📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
