📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Proactively contact and engage with potential customers through phone calls.,Provide information about our products and services, and address customer inquiries.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
