MINDS is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker or Senior Social Worker to join our team in Bali. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the community, with a strong background in social work and a commitment to supporting individuals and families in need. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct social services to individuals and families in need, including case management, counseling, and support services.,Develop and implement case plans to address the unique needs and challenges of clients, working collaboratively with other service providers as needed.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients and track progress over time.,Educate and advocate for clients to help them access the resources and services they need to improve their quality of life.,Collaborate with community partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen community resources and improve outcomes for clients.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and case information, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and related fields.,Attend to administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, correspondence, and other office duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field, with a focus on community impact and support.,Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethical standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture, language, and community dynamics is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
