📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for the organization.,Monitor and advise on tax-related matters to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax-related processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related issues and projects.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the organization remains compliant.,Prepare and present tax-related reports to management and other stakeholders as required.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
