📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure a high level of quality awareness and compliance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and documentation.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.,Ensure that quality control processes are cost-effective and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong background in manufacturing or production environments.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving quality control processes.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations, including ISO, GMP, or other relevant certifications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
