📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.

Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Lead and mentor HR team members.

Handle HR-related legal matters and provide advice to management.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the property sector.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and mentor HR teams.

Experience in performance management and training and development.

Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
