Bay Market Pratama is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for HR decision-making.
