📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of property facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all facilities are functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Implement and maintain sustainable practices to reduce energy and water consumption.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and training to property staff on facility management best practices.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining commercial properties.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and other maintenance software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
