📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and operation of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Manage the store's sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
