📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all analytical processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a team of analytical scientists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality results.
• Develop and implement analytical methods and techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analytical data through rigorous quality control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor and report on analytical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our analytical processes remain current and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in analytical chemistry or a related field, with a focus on pharmaceutical applications.
• Certification in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of analytical instruments and software, including HPLC, GC, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
